Youth Red Cross (2017-2018)


     Youth Red Cross has been given proper awareness in connection with aids awareness and the livelihood problems of transgender. Through Youth Welfare Association, Human Values, and Humanitarian Consideration and the importance of giving blood donation have been given through various modes like speech, Rally & also through stage shows.

      Members of the Youth Red Cross and has done a wonderful activity of recording the voluntary blood donors name in the website in co-ordination with the Primary Health Centre, Ammaiyanayakkanur.

     Name Boards in connection with Tabacco free zone & Anti - corruption are displayed in our college Campus. On 14th April1 2018, ‘SWACHPAKKWADA AWARENESS CAMP’ has been organized in our college Campus on behalf of Govt. Hospital, Nilakkottai. In this Camp, Proper awareness about Self Cleanliness, Internal & External Environmental Cleanliness have been interacted and a pledge has also taken in this regard.

      Mrs.T.Jeyabharathi Assistant Professor of commerce acted as co-ordinater for this Youth Red Cross for the Academic Year 2017-2018.
